It acknowledges the complex and overlapping social identities that have an impact on opportunities, challenges, and experiences faced by researchers at the outset of their career. Through insightful discussions and real-world case studies, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the role of intersectionality in research careers, especially those of  young researchers. The session will also examine the broader policy implications, offering actionable strategies for fostering equity and diversity in research environments.
